I'm back down to 223, so I guess the excess water retention is gone--yay!
So I can not wait for this week to end! Next week I will go on vacation starting Wednesday, and I won't be back to work until January 4th. I'm looking forward to this Thursday, it is my office's Christmas party. We order a nice lunch, bring desserts, and open our Secret Santa gifts one by one. We are ordering in a traditional turkey dinner with sides, so I'm certain I can find something healthy for me. I'm on pumpkin pie duty, but I'm going to stay away from it.
I really love the holidays. My favorite time of the year, hands down!
